For the adventures
we shared.
For first descents, familiar slopes, determination and laughter. You were at the heart of every Peel holiday.
A tribute to the skiers, buddies, families and volunteers who made Peel a place of friendship, courage and belonging.

In 1998, a group travelled to Spital am Semmering in Austria with a simple hope: to give injured police officers the chance to experience the joy of skiing.
Peel grew into a community that also welcomed people outside the police who were disabled through injury or illness. Skiers and buddies shared the slopes, supported one another and made memories together.
The club’s activities have come to an end. Here, we remember the adventures and the people who made them possible.
The story of Peel
Every holiday was a shared effort. This is a thank-you to the people at the heart of it all.
For first descents, familiar slopes, determination and laughter. You were at the heart of every Peel holiday.
For skiing alongside someone, lending a hand and sharing the week. The buddy system made support a part of every adventure.
To the organisers, volunteers, families, hosts and supporters: thank you for the time, care and energy you gave to the club.

To everyone who shared in the journey — thank you.
